- i dont know of anyone that really minds people posting modem binaries
- here in the news group and i recently heard that binaries are allowed
- in comp,dcom.modems in its charter but theres some guy that runs a
- program that cancells out anything you post so until this mess gets
- straightened out if it ever does, you might not want to post any
- binaries here.. they will just get cancelled and its a big incovience
- especially when any kind of new modem code comes out
